Polar Skate Co. offers a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached. We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your skate hardware and apparel through a seamless exchange process.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all skateboards, apparel, and accessories are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
